About Bailey

I'd describe my personality as Empathetic, Honest, Responsible. I like working with kids because I have kids of my own and I see them as our future. I started working with kids when I became a mother. In my spare time, I like to play with my kids, read, and paint. One thing you should know about me is I have a full household with a 6-year-old son, an 11-month-old daughter and 2 dogs that are their best friends! My skills include communication: my 6-year-old has been complemented excessively on his language skills. Patience: I do have a good amount of patience as I do have a full household, I think children require understanding and compassion as they grow with their small bodies and big emotions. Organization: I try to keep things organized around the children as they can create quite a bit of chaos all on their own.
