About Makaila

I am a college student is working getting a degree in early childhood education. I have experience daycare settings with children ranging from 18 months to 6 years old, as well as experience in public school settings with children ranging from 6-11 years old. My main goal when watching over children is to keep them safe, and help them learn from the experiences and opportunities around them. I treat every child with compassion, respect, and empathy, but I am also firm and have them follow the rules that are expected of them I'd describe my personality as is kind, caring, and ambitious. I'm looking for a job that respects me. I started working with kids when I started college about two years ago. In my spare time, I like to read, crotchet, and write. One thing you should know about me is I care for the children in my watch as if they're my own. My skills include patience, quick decision making skills, and communication with parents.
