Hi! I'm Aydann. I have 5+ years of experience working with children and have been an RBT for the past 2 years, providing one-on-one support to children with autism. I also have experience in youth coaching and child education. I'm patient, dependable, and compassionate, and I love creating a fun, safe environment where kids can learn, play, and be themselves. Whether it's homework, crafts, outdoor play, or bedtime routines, I'm happy to help however I can. I started working with kids at 16 as a youth hockey coach and have loved it ever since. Building trust with children and giving parents peace of mind is the best part of what I do. I'm looking for a family that values good communication, and I'll always do my best to make both you and your children feel comfortable from day one.
