About Megan

I am someone that loves to laugh, be active and help people, especially kids! I have extensive experience working with children of all ages in all sorts of settings, such as day cares, schools, community centers, foster homes, homeless shelters, and within the home of the child. I have worked with kids in the U.S., Ghana and Australia. I graduated from UW-Madison in 2011 with my Bachelor's in social work: children youth and families and currently am a full-time youth recreation coordinator at a community center in Madison. Everyday, I care for 45-55 elementary-age, at-risk children in our center where I am responsible for meal preparation, tutoring and facilitating recreational activities. I love my job, but I'm looking for a few extra hours on weeknights and weekends. I am trustworthy, creative, responsible and funny. I absolutely love working with children and would provide the best care imaginable to you and yours!
