About Avery

Hi! I'm Avery! I've worked as a CNA for the past 3 years and absolutely love taking care of people. As i'm about to enter nursing school in the fall, I am looking into getting some experience with the younger population, as well as working outside of the heathcare setting to avoid burnout before I step into a new role. I'd describe my personality as Fun, Personable and Positive. I like working with kids because I enjoy giving them the babysitting experience I wish I had growing up, filled with play, fun and experiences! I'm looking for a job that works with my flexibility in school. I started working with kids when I was 16 Babysitting my 3-Year-old niece. In my spare time, I like to watercolor, make stained glass, hangout with family and friends and try different kinds of foods. One thing you should know about me is the majority of my experience is in geriatric care as I work as a CNA in an acute care hospital. My skills include engagement, patience, and first aid.
