Melania is an amazing nanny to my 18 month old and she is fabulous at what she does! She is caring and interacts with her so well. My daughter is always so excited to see her! She cooks for my daughter and helps with potty training as well. She is punctual and dependable. She does light housekeeping while she is here too which is such a huge help when you have a busy toddler! She has become a part of our family so quickly and we absolutely adore her. I do not speak Spanish very well but I do not find this to be a barrier in her care at all. We use a translator which I find to be quick and easy and we have NEVER had an issue with communication. She teaches my daughter Spanish too which is a plus for us!! If you are considering her as a possible caregiver, she will not disappoint you!
