About Ava

I have years of childcare experience through babysitting, nannying, and working as a teacher's assistant. I've been babysitting for much of my life, and caring for children has always been something I enjoy. Working as a teacher's assistant gave me experience supporting children in a classroom setting. It helped me develop patience, clear communication, and an understanding of how differently children learn and express themselves. I also spent a year nannying a little girl who was around 13 months old. Being with her consistently allowed me to build a close bond with her and become familiar with her needs and routines as she grew. My approach to childcare is patient, warm, and attentive. I want children to feel safe, comfortable, and supported while having room to play, explore, and be themselves. I value open communication with parents and respect each family's routines and preferences.
