About Taylor

Hi my name is Taylor! 27 years old. I have a bachelors degree in Social Work, CPR and First Aid certified, and have three+ years experience working in licensed childcare facilities as a teacher aid and lead teacher. Ive always been passionate about childcare and have babysat and nannied for family friends and teachers since highschool. I have experience caring for children of various ages but most of my experience is with children 0-4 years of age. My nurturing and responsible nature drew me to this field, where I find great joy in fostering children's growth and development. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and reach their full potential. I am known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor, which allows me to connect with children easily. Effective communication is key, so I keep parents regularly updated about their child's day and address any concerns.
