About Ava

Hi there! My name is Ava F, and I am an 19-year-old college student at the University of Vermont. I am currently majoring in Elementary Education! I am experienced with children from a range of ages, as I have been babysitting since I was 13, and additionally have a younger sibling/ young cousins. I have renewed my Red Cross/ First Aid certifications through American Red Cross, completed Vermont Mandated Reporter Training, and I am fully vaccinated and have a vehicle. In terms of current availibilty, I am looking for a flexible part time job that can work around a crazy college schedule. Additionally, I would love something long-term, in order to maintain consistency and a strong bond with your kiddos :). Things to note: I go abroad for my student teaching in New Zealand starting July 2024 to November 2024 so more long-term gigs would have to start after that! Additional Facts: - I am very comfortable with pets! - I love to do art, play outside, and volunteer in the community
