About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley, and I have a genuine love for working with children. I currently work at a afterschool program in an elementary school where I've been employed since 2022. In this role, I supervise children, lead activities, help with homework, and make sure each child feels safe and supported. I also have babysitting experience with children of all ages, 6 months to 12yr. Growing up in aftercare programs myself, I understand how important caring and supportive caregivers are, and I strive to be that same positive influence for children today like I once had. I love staying active and engaged with kids through singing, dancing, playing outside, and doing arts and crafts. I currently attend Rowan University as a Sociology major, a field I truly enjoy because it helps me better understand people and communities.
