About Laila

I come from a large family so, I've always enjoyed being around kids and help taking care of them - my grandma owns her own at-home daycare. I am currently a psych major at RU and plan on being a Behavior Analyst for children. Kids are so full of light and have a great personality, it's interesting learning about how they see the world from their perspective. Being around them has always come naturally to me, whether it's playing games, helping with homework, or just making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I'm a patient, responsible, and caring person, and I always try to create a positive environment where kids can have fun but also feel supported. I enjoy doing activities like playing outside, arts and crafts, board games, and educational activities that keep them engaged. I also understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable, so I'm always happy to follow household routines and keep communication open with updates if needed.
