Ashley indicated that she was interested in our caregiver position, and scheduled an interview. She did not, however, show up for the interview or call to cancel causing me to waste my time waiting for her and unable to schedule someone else in her place. This type of inconsiderate behavior does not speak well for a caregiver in my opinion.
