About Amy

I am currently a licensed educator, K-12. . I live in Los Angeles, and am looking to get back into childcare and nanny services. I have many years of childcare experience, and at different age levels, ranging from newborn to 14 years of age. My work experience has been as a private full time nanny, a substitute teacher for a state funded daycare, after school arts programs, and my time spent within the Chicago Public School system as a visual arts teacher. I strongly believe that my experience as an educator and a visual arts teacher greatly attributes to the developmental needs of children, and my activities are definitely creative based in arts and crafts. I am excellent at providing a nurturing, safe, and creative environment, that encourages children to create, and develop artistic expression, as well as providing daily responsibility and household duties.
