About Ashley

Good day my name is Ashley, I have 8+ years experience working with a diverse population ranging in age from the full life span: geriatrics, newborn, infants school age children and MULTIPLES. Most recently I've a nanny for great local families in Fresno and Los Angeles, and I can provide you with my family contacts. I am Epi Pen, CPR and first aid certified for adults infants and children. Originally, I was going to nursing school but have changed majors (obtained my CNA). while working as a CNA (certified nurses assistant) I cared for many geriatric patients, and acquired the skills to ensure dignity and safety. I have a strong compassion for the geriatrics and nursing homes just broke my heart. So, I decided to change majors and work with the younger population. In addition to my CNA, I have 24 units in college level developmental classes for the life span/ young child (E. C. E.). Most recently, I have had training using ABA therapy with autistic children. I have also worked at a science center, River park way for school aged children. I have a diverse background when it comes to care. Some of my methods are horticultural therapy and breathing exercises for geriatric patients. I have my CNA and have worked in the hospital/ acute care center. I attended Duncan Poly Tech and obtained my license when I was 18 years old.
