Hi! I am the owner of Mobility with Megs. The mission of my business is to create a connection and prove the benefits of motion and mobility! As we age, a lot of us lose the motivation to stay limber. Unfortunately we do not understand the impact that decreased range of motion and mobility play on a happy, healthy life. I absolutely love the geriatric population. That is a huge reason I decided on physical therapy as a profession. Since being in PT for over a decade, I have noticed a couple things. -People hate physical therapy: they relate it to pain and torture -People enjoy the manual part of PT: stretching, massaging, etc I especially notice these in the older population and that's why I created this business. I want folks to improve their quality of life by maintaining their mobility and I want them to enjoy the process.
