About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as gentle, warm, compassionate. I like working with kids because their joy is infectious. I love their honesty, innocence and natural born creativity. I'm looking for a job that allows me to continue being a SAHM while also taking great care of your little one and having him/her join us in our daily rhythm. I started working with kids when I was a teenager, babysitting. I went on to get my bachelors degree in early childhood education in pursuit to becoming a primary teacher and then became pregnant with my first child. The last 6 years I've been building my own family. I have three children of my own; ages 6, 4, and 2. In my spare time I enjoy camping, paddle boarding, gardening, reading, and crocheting. One thing you should know about me is I will love your child as if they are my own and keep them safe while they are in my care. My top 3 child care skills are excellent communication, being organized and prepared each day, and flexibility.
