Hi! My name is Wendy. I really love being around kids, and find I learn as much or more from them as they learn from me! I've been around kids my whole life. I'm the eldest of five, I've been a preschool teacher, a nanny, a caregiver of all ages and different abilities, and have a BA in behavioral psychology. I am experienced with all ages. I've chosen working with children as my favorite! I also love animals and have 5 dogs of my own! I love being outdoors, hiking and exploring new places. I've developed an affinity for waterfalls since living in Oregon, and I'm always trying to find a new one to experience! I've been recently fingerprinted and background checked by the state of Oregon and am current in infant/child CPR. I am pursuing an associates in Early Childhood Education in order to further my expertise. I have excellent references. I promise to care for and love your little ones like they were my own! We have Wendy regularly and she is a gem! Our kids love her and she is incredibly reliable. She has helped our son immensely with separation anxiety and now we can comfortably leave and know he will be happy the next day and next time we have a sitter!
