Ashley has been nannying for our little girl for the last 10 months (5 to currently 15 months). It has been a great experience and wish we could keep her forever. Ashley is very responsible, caring, warm, nurturing and great at communicating with us. In addition, Ashley has used her experience in early childhood development to create lesson plans for our little girl which includes sign language, songs, reading and sensory activities. We’re a bilingual household and Ashley has also implemented some Spanish words and phrases into her lesson plans. Even though our child will be starting daycare in the fall, we will be keeping Ashley on our roster for date nights because we love her so much!
