I have been a full-time Professional Nanny for over 12 years. I have had the pleasure of being a part of three amazing families as a long term nanny. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and have received a variety of other specialized training. Before becoming a Nanny full-time, I worked as a CNA. During my time as a CNA, I primarily worked with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I've always had a passion for working in fields of caring and helping others, especially with children. My goals as a Nanny have been to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their development. I encourage children to be active and creative. I gave birth to my own beautiful baby boy this past year. I am looking for a family who is open to me bringing my child with me to work, or I am also available to have them in my home if the family is comfortable. Karina worked for our family, full time, for about four years. She cared for our three children from the ages of 8 months through middle elementary school. I truly cannot say enough good things about her personally and about her work ethic. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Our household, even now with all our kids in full time elementary school, just does not function as well without her. She’s is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and reliable. She always found activities for the kids, arranged play dates, established routines and reward based behavior charts/expectations. She potty trained our youngest and helped both kids with speech delays with their therapy.
