About Ashley

We were incredibly fortunate to have Ashley care for our family for an entire year. She supported our two boys, ages 6 and 7, both of whom are autistic, and they absolutely loved her. Out time together only ended because the boys are both in school full-time this school year. Caring for two young children with different needs requires patience, flexibility, attentiveness, and a genuine understanding of each child as an individual. Ashley took the time to learn their routines, personalities, preferences, and needs, and she always treated them with kindness and respect. She was amazing at keeping them engaged and creating a positive environment where they could be themselves. Having someone care for your children in your home requires an incredible amount of trust, and we always felt that our boys were in capable and caring hands. Over the last year, she became an important part of our family, and we are genuinely grateful for her.
