About Allison

I have been providing childcare for 40 years. I'm fun, creative, dependable, ethical and a good communicator. I have 20+ years experience with various types of special needs: ASD, ADHD, physical disability/injury, feeding therapy, challenging behaviors, administration of medication, sick child care, trauma. Recently, I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician managing crisis intervention, and administering ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics and in the community. I've maintained my CPR certification every year since I turned 17. I have experience with multiples & preemies, reliable transportation, good insurance, I'm vaccinated and cautious, and willing to care for a sick child on short notice. I'm great in a crisis, but even better at avoiding them! My goddaughter says that her twins think I'm Ms. Rachel.
