About Ashley

In 2013, I was hired as a caregiver in an adult care home with five residents. The Resident manager taught me not to how to be a good caregiver... but great one. I learned proper MARS documentation as well as how to use various equipment (Hoyer lift, sit and stand etc), how to perform a proper transfer. We have been working together ever since. I have 6 years of caregiving experience. The last client was had was a live in client from Care. com whom was under our care for almost two years. She has recently moved to California to be closer to family. I have great references, I am trustworthy, honest and I never miss work. I also have a great heart and care about the well being of all of my clients. I was born deaf and have had a cochlear implant since I was 13 years old. I can hear, speak and understand English very well. I am also fluent in American sign language.
