I started caregiving as a second/part time job 23 yrs ago while living in Southwest Florida, and have been working as a full-time caregiver for the past 14 years. My experience consists of working with Stroke patients, Diabetics, MS, ALS, Dementia and Alzheimer's, along with Mental health issues and more. I perform tasks such as companionship and meals to more extensive duties such as bathing, toileting, checking vitals, tracheotomy care, tube feedings and administering medications. Errands and Dr. appointments can be provided, if needed. I am CPR certified, have my clearances and can provide impeccable references. I believe it is most important to keep your best interest at heart, conversing, going on outings, to the park or for ice cream if you wish. I love establishing a one on one bond with my client and have had amazing experiences and many laughs, as I possess a great sense of humor. You are first and foremost.

Mary Jo took wonderful care of my mom ! She genuinely cared about her and my mom considered her a bonus daughter ! She was always willing to come early or stay late as needed and even checked in with my mom after hours and on weekends ! Because of her my mom was able to stay home and enjoy her days and she definitely spoiled my mom and provided great care for her !
