I will design a one-on-one or small group YOGA session that will be accessible and challenging at the same time and make you feel GOOD! Each session will have you moving on your mat, focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and safe alignment. In addition to focusing on asana, we will tap in to the breath through pranayama, meditation and visualization in order to manifest a more mindful space within that you are able to take with you off of your mat.
