About Arielle

I love working with kids because there is so much we can learn from them and their curiosity. Young children are a joy, and they grow and develop right before your eyes; it's so special to get to be a part of their early lives. I'm looking for a job where I can truly connect with children and help them foster early developmental skills. I found my love of learning alongside young children over a decade ago with my nephews. So, I went into early childhood education and have spend the past two years as an afternoon preschool aide. One thing to know about me is I have autism; with young children I've found it's my superpower. I find that my way of thinking and the gift of deep empathy that it has given me allows me to connect easily with young children and speak with them earnestly on their level. My skills include promoting creativity and exploration, curating a safe and comfortable environment, and more than anything, providing connection and friendship.
