About Michelle

Hello I'm Michelle! Over the past 11 years, I've had a variety of childcare experiences ranging from tutoring, nannying, and working in preschool and childcare facilities, to designing and directing numerous camp programs. Working with children has become my absolute passion and it's inspired my degree in Early Childhood Education. I will complete my first year teaching kindergarten in May. I'm looking to provide temporary care throughout May-July while on summer break! Just as children have so much to explore and learn, I've found that they're always teaching me new things too! One of my top priorities is to take time to build an open, safe, and comfortable environment for children, so that we may build a strong relationship. Children allow me to embrace my inner child by playing along and rediscovering things in different ways. Each child is unique which is why it's so important to me to take time to listen and interact with a caring, excited, and encouraging approach!

Michelle is truly exceptional and a rare find! Not only is she on time and professional, she is amazing with the kiddos! You can tell she truly cares for children and is experienced working with them! She is creative and engaging and my kids absolutely love her (they even learned some new games :))! I can’t recommend her enough!
