Hello, I have been working as a nanny for a little over 10 years with children ranging in age from infant up to 12 years old. My responsibilities have included regular care, driving to and from school, helping with homework and teaching preschool, taking the kids out to parks, museums, on hikes, and other outings, as a few examples. I just finished care for a family for 10 years, caring for their three children, starting when the oldest two were 2 and around 5 months old up until they were 12 and 10, and adding care for their sister who is now 4. During that time I also nannied for a family of two children, starting when the oldest was 1, and adding care for his sister about a year later and cared for them for six years. My other training and experience includes attending Bellingham Technical College for Early Childhood Education, First Aid and CPR training.

April is a fantastic babysitter! We used her several times a week for about 3 months as a nanny to care for our 6 month old and 2 1/2 year old girls, and then off and on as needed since then. April comes from a large family, so she has a lot of experience with kids. She has a very calm way about her and my children really like her. April was willing to do household chores like dishes and laundry, and she kept the house tidy during the day as well. She was also willing to carry or hold my baby for her naps, which was much appreciated, as that was the only way she would sleep. Finally, April is extremely reliable and showed up every day on time if not early. She is a very responsible, trustworthy person, and I recommend her highly!
