I have extended experience with tutoring within my nanny position. I have the ability to teach with patience and nurturing. I also have gotten great results from my efforts with children. My most recent position was with two boys, ages 12 and 5. I was very successful in teaching the older boy with social studies, math, writing, grammar, and science. I also successfully prepared the younger boy for his entry into elementary school by teaching him to recognize and write his letters, telling time, sight words, and history. I hold a degree in Graphic Design and Art History, and I am a very capable and dedicated teacher.
