About Annaka

Hi! My name is Annaka, and I'm a responsible, energetic, and caring college athlete. I have a passion for working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment! My experience with children ranges from all ages and activities, whether that's playing outside, helping with homework, doing crafts or hair, or just keeping them engaged and happy. As a student-athlete, I'm great at managing my time, so you can count on me to be punctual and dependable. While at JMU, we host children's clinics and I also volunteer with the BestBuddies club helping kids with autism. I have coached cheerleading/tumbling for 3 years and coached my own team of 3-7 years old! It's important for parents to feel comfortable and confident in their childcare, and I always prioritize safety, communication, and positivity. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and routines to make your day easier I'd love the opportunity to support your family and get to know your kids!
