I have over 10 years experience caring for seniors needing companionship and extra help. Areas of knowledge and experience include dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer (after treatments, pain management, and stages), surgery recovery, falls, agility, loneliness, finance and bill organization, med management, meals, housekeeping, transportation for appointments, errands, and shopping, reading, conversation, music, theater, walking, laundry, self grooming and hygiene, hospital stays, respite care, and hospice. I enjoy conversing with seniors and offering companionship too. I like to encourage seniors to do what is in their best interest- eating, exercise, bathing, dressing, doing a puzzle, and talking about what they've been through in their lives. I like to communicate with whomever has hired me to let them know how their loved one is doing. I try to do all I can do to best care for my clients- maintaining their dignity at all times.
