About Angel

My grandmother has had a daycare in her home since I was 13, so I have helped with kids for a long time. I have also worked with children with autism in the field of ABA play based therapy. I have also been a paraprofessional in the USD259 school district. I will be starting grad school in January and wanted to do something with a lower stress environment and more of a work-life balance while in school. I have done the following while working at the daycare, Monitoring and supervising the children constantly. Assisting the childcare teacher in maintaining a safe and positive environment. Cultivating relationships with children, parents, and guardians. Preparing and serving meals and snacks. Greeting parents and addressing children by their name. Adhering to procedures in preparing a bottle or changing a diaper. Assisting with sand, water, or playground activities. Assisting in putting children to sleep.
