About Ana Sofia

I'm a kind, reliable, and attentive caretaker, hoping to couple my passion for caring for kids while making some extra cash to pay for my MSW. My role as a caregiver first started as older sister/cousin/babysitter of neighbors and quickly developed after spending 3 years as a camp counselor. During covid (when camp was canceled), I spent two summers as a full time nanny for 5-year-olds twins and 3 sisters aged 3, 6 and 9. Currently, I work for NBGC and just completed a field placement at a CPS high school. I'm background checked and trained in mandated reporting and CPR/First Aid. I don't have my own car but my driving record is clean and I'm very comfortable navigating the CTA. I can do light housekeeping and basic meal prep and am bilingual in Spanish if that is something you are looking for.
