Sydney put so much time and effort into making my autistic niece feel comfortable and safe. It takes a lot of energy and patience to accommodate her needs, but Sydney had no trouble adjusting. Her enthusiasm and work ethic when it comes to working with kids is something that really stood out to me over the years of having different caretakers. Thanks, Sydney!
