About Amelia

I'm a creative and imaginative caregiver with two years of experience caring for children between the ages of 1 and 5. My passion for nurturing children's growth and development has led me to major in early childhood education at Westfield State University. During my time student teaching in a laboratory preschool, I discovered how rewarding it is to work with kids. My calm and patient demeanor, along with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I prioritize open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. I believe in following the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of activities with children, including educational games that promote learning, board games and puzzles, as well as outdoor sports and physical games.
