Since I moved in to Massachusetts from my beloved Puerto Rico, I've worked for the schools department of Westfield, Holyoke and South Hadley. For the last 3 years I've been a care giver provider and worked for families in Florence and Easthampton. I love reading stories, singing, dancing/movement and teaching/learning by playing. My husband and I hired Vera back in April and she became like family to us. The way she cared for our one year old son was truly incredible. We felt tremendously blessed to have found her. For four months she was our primary child care provider until we were accepted into a daycare. During that time, she cared for our son like one of her own. She even put in the extra effort to parent him and I learned so much from her that I have applied to my own parenting methods. If you hire Vera, you will get WAY more than a nanny or a babysitter. You will get a new member of the family…someone with a wealth of parenting experience who will care for your child with tenderness, compassion, and love.
