About Amber

Hi! My name is Amber, and I'm a caring, reliable babysitter and nanny with hands-on experience working with children from 5 weeks old to 10 years old. I've worked in a daycare setting, caring for infants and young children, and I also taught an after-school program for nearly two years, where I independently managed a class of about 30 third graders. In my after-school role, I helped students with homework, created a calm and structured environment, and used positive reinforcement to keep kids engaged and focused. I'm patient, attentive, and great at meeting children where they are, whether that's soothing infants, helping with schoolwork, or keeping kids active and safe. I take pride in being trustworthy, nurturing, and supportive, and I'd love the opportunity to help care for your children. I have a BA in Law and Justice. I just finished my first semester of law school as well :)
