About Megan

I am a currently studying Psychology and plan on becoming a teacher after school. Over the past couple of summers I fell in love working with kids through my local Parks and Rec volunteer system. I worked with kids aged 3 to 14 and dealt with a variety of children. I also was a nanny for an 8-year-old boy for 4 months and loved every moment, my job included light house keeping, meal prep and homework help. Most recently I worked with a family that required over night care for two 10-year-olds and their dogs on occasion where the parents were out of town. This was incredibly rewarding and as I was able to make meaningful connections with both children and their parents. I think a connection with both you and your kids is vital! I have taken child and adult CPR classes, so I am trained, but I have not been re-certified, as this was about 3 years ago.
