About Alysha

Hi! I'm Alysha, and I have over 14 years of professional childcare experience caring for children from infancy through school age. My background includes private nanny positions and leadership roles as an Assistant Director and Director in early childhood education. I currently care for infant triplets, whom I've been with since they came home from the NICU, giving me extensive experience with infant development, routines, and individualized care. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and gain confidence through play, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate experiences. Families describe me as dependable, patient, proactive, and calm under pressure. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have completed CDA coursework, and am passionate about building long-term relationships with families while providing exceptional care.
