About Kadence

I have over 8 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I began babysitting at 13 and went on to work at a licensed daycare, where I grew from a full-time infant teacher into an assistant director over the course of nearly four years. During that time, I gained extensive experience in infant care, child development, classroom management, and supporting families on a daily basis. After getting married, I transitioned into nannying where I provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care. I am reliable, organized, and genuinely passionate about creating a safe, loving environment where children can grow and thrive.
