We have had Allison watch both of our kids for a very long time. She has exceptional patience and is such a warm addition to our home when she is with our kids. She has a great knowledge base for special needs and was able to make our son comfortable and ease MY mind about leaving him. She is a great communicator. I am so glad we found Allison.
