Hi, I'm Alitha! I'm a warm, highly dependable, and experienced caregiver with 20+ years supporting children of all ages. I am based in East Harlem and I have been with my current Manhattan family for 5 years. My background includes nannying, night care, early childhood education, and aftercare leadership. I bring a calm, attentive presence and am confident managing routines, school transitions, and age-appropriate enrichment. As a multidisciplinary artist, I incorporate creative play and arts-based activities that support imagination and development. I'm also comfortable in pet-friendly homes. Excellent references available. I'm looking for a job during the summer time months. Late June to mid/late August. One thing you should know about me is outside of caregiving, I am a dedicated full time artist. There will be times where I need to request time off for shows, events, or travel due to commissions. I will always do my best to request time off in advance.
