About Alissa

Hi, my name is Alissa! I have been babysitting for friends and family for over 10 years. I have worked in a childcare setting for 4 years and have worked with age groups infants to pre-kindergarten but mainly focused on the toddler/preschool age group. I have my certifications in infant/toddler and preschool as well. I am working towards my lead teacher one as well. I also am CPR and first aid certified. What got me into childcare was teaching children how to learn and watch them grow as individuals. My number one priority is to make sure the children are safe, feel comfortable and of course give them all the hugs they want! I love to put together art projects, work on fine motor skills, sensory play and lots of indoor and outdoor play! I'm looking for a job that will help me grow as an up and coming nanny, along with growing with one family for years and forming an incredible bond with not only the kids, but the parents as well!
