About Alina

Hi! My name is Alina - I grew up in the East Bay and lived in Washington state for many years where I studied Disability & Advocacy + Therapeutic Recreation. Since moving back to the Bay Area, I have worked across the disability advocacy and therapeutic/outdoor recreation fields. Most recently, I was working as the Studio Manager at an art studio for folks with disabilities. I have worked in community recreation, childcare centers, and mental health settings. I have experience working with newborns and young babies from working at a childcare center, babysitting, and past long term nannying positions. I am a very patient, caring, organized, and empathetic person. My personal interests include: art, music, reading, hiking, biking, and rock climbing. I love working with people of all ages, connecting with them, and learning and exploring together!
