We interviewed Alice for caregiving of our elderly mom. She was on time and communicative. She was respectful, and rolled with the sass that our elder likes to throw out. We had a worth while mutual interview to discuss time and cost of care and what was expected on both ends. This was our first time with care.com and we were unsure how a lot of it worked. We ended up not going with anyone we interviewed this first round because we did not adequately understand how to do a good job post with the app. Alice was understanding and had we the fulltime funds we would definitely had hired her right away.
