About Alexa

Hi families! My name is Lexi, I grew up outside of Philadelphia and now am living in Valencia. I am entering my junior year of college as an Elementary Education major. I've been taking various classes in the education department and have a good understanding about child development, psychology, and how to manage behavior while being kind and encouraging. A few things about me! I love being outdoors, fitness, Jesus, learning new things, surfing, coffee, and teaching! I am the oldest child in my family and have sisters ages 8 and 4. I've been taking care of them throughout all of their lives so I am very comfortable with any ages between infants and 10 years old. Additionally i've babysat for many different families typically working with ages 3-12. I've been teaching swim lessons and coaching swim teams for about 4 years and have such a passion for watching kids grow and learn in the water!
