Alex has a calm and caring demeanor that is perfect for our one year old. She is great at individual play, including reading and following the lead of the child. It took us many caretakers to find someone that fit perfectly, that we could trust, and that our child naturally gravitated to Alex is very punctual and reacts very quickly to feedback she is wonderful and I wish she permanently lived in the state so she could be our babysitter long-term!
