About Natalie

We cannot recommend Natalie highly enough. She made the unbearable process of returning to work, when our baby was only 4 months old, genuinely manageable. From the very beginning, she became part of our family, and knowing our little guy was in good hands each and every day made all the difference for us. Her flexibility, kindness, reliability, and communication have been a lifesaver. She lives in Evergreen, which made her commute far more manageable through the winter months, and as a mom herself to two amazing kiddos, she brought a depth of experience and warmth that you simply can't teach. Over the course of our partnership, she also became a good friend. What sets Natalie apart is that she is somehow always "on." She's never scrolling on her phone or distracted when our son is in front of her. She's constantly engaging him with sign language, stories, and activities, and honestly, I don't know how she does it so consistently. Our son lights up every single time he sees her. Natalie also went above and beyond in ways that made our lives easier. When our son turned 4 months, I put him on a new schedule, and she helped me enforce it and supported every adjustment as he grew, giving me honest feedback on what was working and what wasn't. She helped us start solids, use a sippy cup, etc. Natalie also documented each day in a notes app that she shared with both me and my husband, so we never missed a beat. She even welcomed our son into her home one Friday night so my husband and I could have a date night down the hill. Her two children often joined her during school breaks, and they are incredible: polite, playful, wonderful with our little guy, and he became very fond of them. It speaks volumes about the family she's raised. The only reason we are transitioning away from full-time nanny care is that we came off the daycare waitlist and want to give our son more exposure to other kids. It was not a decision we made lightly. Natalie has integrity, works incredibly hard for her own family, and has a truly special way with babies. She will be my first call the moment we find out we're pregnant with our second. She is in high demand, if she is available and you are reading this, don't waste anytime saying "yes".
