About Alexander

I've found my time working with children to be the most expansive and impactful work I've done, as well as the work which I have applied the most care, patience, and focus to. The connection we are able to form with children is always deserving of the most energy and effort, given how fruitful it can be for all. My greatest priorities in a job are always bred by honest communication. This makes scheduling and building comfort or trust more stable and effective. I used to give tennis lessons aging from 3 to 65. I worked at a child care center in Okemos. There, I was a lead Pre-K teacher. I lead a classroom of a dozen 5-year-olds, and otherwise cared for ages 1 month to 11 years old. I also drove the school bus and headed our summer field trip programs. I spend a fair amount of my free time making music and playing guitar in a band with three of my closest friends. Backpacking hikes and rugged camping are a beautiful experience, and I also have played tennis for much of my life.
