Hello! I have over 38 years experience working with children of all ages and have a degree in Early Child Development. I have been a professional nanny for seven families, ran my own licensed daycare, worked at a daycare center as a Lead Toddler Teacher, volunteered in my church children's ministry, subbed at the local elementary school as a para-pro and recess aide, developed/supervised a youth program at a local credit union for 14 years and taught kids ages 5-8 on Monday evenings at Hope Unexpected. I am a grandma to a beautiful 14-month-old girl whom I'm blessed to watch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! I love to snuggle babies and spend lots of one on one time with them. I also enjoy the outdoors, taking nature walks, arts/crafts time, sensory development, reading books and teaching children about life through play. Michelle is a wonderful caretaker for our 2 year old daughter! She understands our “no screen” rule and engages in 8 hours of interactive play (minus nap time). She is reliable, brings fun crafts and a loving attitude to our home. She also loves on our big Goldendoodle. I highly recommend Michelle!
