I have experience in a wide range of subjects - I obtained my Master's and Bachelor's in History at JHU, where I also minored in economics. I experienced a competitive academic environment for most of my education, from Lick-Wilmerding in San Francisco, through college. I did mountains of test prep, starting with the SSAT and moving through the SAT as well. I am also a native speaker and writer of Spanish, with working proficiency in French, and 6 years of Jazz guitar lessons. Most recently, I have gained experience as a cinematographer and video editor. However, above all, I am patient and enthusiastic about helping my students learn. I believe in the power of one on one instruction and the results it can bring to students - be they struggling or thriving. I am here to provide a safe and encouraging learning environment.
